The service and pricing at WCTC had always been excellent. unfortunately I did have a negative experience; twice I have had to replace a tire due to tire separation. I have purchased a total of three sets of tires; two for my car and one for my fiancé's. Both sets on my car had the issue. So, I realize that this is the tire manufacturers problem but I feel that after a second tire separation along with having been a loyal customer that WCTC would have given me a replacement tire. They did not, both occasions I had to purchase a replacement tire.
